Review your Tax University materials for 15 calendar days from your registration date for the Online Edition and 15 calendar days from the mail delivery receipt for the Classroom Edition. Complete the first three lessons to see if our course meets your educational goals. If it doesn’t, simply notify us, and return any printed materials in reusable condition, and we’ll refund your entire purchase price. Once you exceed 15 calendar days, or complete more than the first three lessons, no refunds will be issued.

If you ordered the Online Program with the Supplemental Student Manual and request a refund, you are responsible for returning the Student Manual in reusable condition. We will issue a full refund as soon as the manual is received.

If you ordered the Classroom Edition and request a refund, you are responsible for returning all printed materials in reusable condition. We will issue a full refund as soon as the documents are received.
